Maggie Vrana (AKA The Self Worth Warrior) is passionate about approaching the therapeutic experience from a holistic, strengths-based, and growth-oriented perspective. While remaining client-centered, she provides a structure and framework through which to heal that incorporates aspects of existential, Gestalt, relational, play, and IFS methods. She believes in conceptualizing clients in the context of their social environments (family, friends, work, culture) and is focused on ongoing anti-racist and social justice work in both her personal and professional life. She is experienced in treating challenges associated with depression, anxiety, disordered eating, addictions, and identity development, and has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University.
